We offer two newly completed 3 Bedroom, fully self-contained double storey apratments in a quiet location with absolute sea frontage providing spectacular views overlooking Portland Bay and surrounds.

Downstairs each apartment has an open kitchen/dining/living area, powder room, separate laundry, a private courtyard as well as a large front patio with bbq facilities.
Upstairs there are 3 well appointed bedrooms. The master bedroom offers a queen size bed along with a ensuite and separate toilet, plus a private balcony overlooking the bay. The second bedroom also has a queen size bed plus private balcony as well.
The third bedroom offers a double bed. These two bedrooms share the main bathroom and spa, plus a separate toilet.
The kitchen is fully equiped and has stainless steel appliances which include: gas hotplate, wall oven, microwave and dishwasher. The dining area has a seven piece glass top dining setting. Luxurious leather lounges provide an intimate area to sit and enjoy the view or watch the large flat screen TV. A gas log fire place provides warmth and atmosphere.

The apartments are serviced weekly, and quality linen and towels are provided. Each apartment has secure undercover parking with internal access. Extra parking for cars and boats are well catered for. Two night minimum stay.
