Ample room front and back for boat parking. fishing friendly with plenty of boat parking with a block next door for boat space too. Bbq and out door entertaining out the back, plenty of room for the kids to run, sit on the balcony with a lazy line over the road and sit back and watch for the bite. Take strolls and swims on the beach just before dusk.
